Espresso machines explained

Espresso Coffee Machines
Espresso coffee machines are steam-driven & are capable of producing very strong coffee indeed. Espresso coffee is much richer and more concentrated than filter coffee and is the base for a cappuccino or latte. Be sure to checkout the two basic types of machines, with pump machines the more expensive.
Nespresso is also a ‘pod’ system that produces espresso coffee & is really neat. Their coffee is blended, roasted, grounded, and then sealed in capsules that stay fresh until you pop them in your machine – in our experience you can get store them for 12 months max, any longer and they tast like garbage. It’s an easy way to make nice coffee – the bad side is that if you don’t particularly like the coffee that you’re tied to because of the brand…..you’re kind of stuffed. Never the less, it’s a good option if you don’t want to go down the labour of love route of an espresso machine.
